Reid K. Nishizuka was a U.S Air Force pilot and beloved son, brother, and friend.

Reid was born in Hawai'i in 1983. After graduating from Kailua High School in 2000 and the University of Notre Dame in 2005, he commissioned into the U.S. Air Force. Reid completed Undergraduate Pilot training at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, and specialized as an EC-130 pilot. He is the recipient of 10 Air Medals, two Air Force Commendation Medals, two Air Force Achievement Medals, and the Bronze Star for Heroism.
